Tabor City, NC - On Tuesday evening, East Bladen travled to South Columbus for a Waccamaw Conference contest. The Lady Eagles had a slow start out the gate with an 11-4 first quarter, but finished out strong outscoring South Columbus 50-5 the last three quarters.
East Bladen now holds a 17-3 record, 9-0 in conference.
NeNe Ward blistered the nets as the leading scorer with 24 points, scoring all of her points in the first half.
Laila Smith provided scoring support for the Lady Eagles making some key contributions to begin the second half by scoring 14 points.
Ariel Cromartie reached double figures for her 5th straight game, adding in 10 points, scoring from deep and in the paint.
Tatum Allen drained a 3 pointer and a layup to finish her scoring off at 5 points.
Cabria Baldwin and Tyliah Freeman both scored 4 points each, helping East Bladen extend their lead in the second half.
East Bladen will host West Columbus on Friday evening.
