Senior Tylik McCall pumped in a game-high 17 points, and West Bladen’s smothering defense carried the Knights to a 66-30 non-conference boys basketball victory over East Columbus Tuesday night.  The Knights improved to 3-1 and will travel to Kill Devil Hills Thursday for a 4 p.m. game against Currituck in the Good Guys vs Cancer Showcase at First Flight High School. 

West Bladen seniors Kali Allen and Natalee Sykes combined for 29 points Tuesday night as the Lady Knights shocked East Columbus early before the Lady Gators rallied for a 59-39 non-conference girls’ basketball victory.  West Bladen, now 1-3, will visit East Bladen Tuesday at 6 p.m.

Hadley Dove poured in 16 points Tuesday to lead unbeaten West Bladen to a 29-27 non-conference JV girls’ basketball victory over East Columbus Tuesday.  The Lady Knights, now 3-0, will travel to East Bladen Tuesday. 

Isaiah Minus and Shyron Thompson combined for 23 points Tuesday night to lead West Bladen to a 45-31 non-conference JV boys basketball victory over East Columbus.  The Knights improved to 2-1 and will travel to East Bladen Tuesday night.
