Bladenboro, NC - West Bladen High School celebrated the accomplishments of its student-athletes during the 2024–2025 school year with its annual awards ceremony, recognizing dedication, effort, and excellence across every sport.


From hard-hitting football moments to playoff runs, the Knights made their mark on the season and the conference.

Volleyball

The Lady Knights showcased leadership and teamwork on the court, with players stepping up across the board.

  • All-Conference: Greer Pope, Emogen Bryant

  • Leadership Award: Marlene Crabtree

  • Coach’s Award: Alina Chavez

  • Knight Award: Marlie Walters


Football

West Bladen football earned recognition for strong play and leadership throughout the season.

Men’s Soccer

A competitive season earned multiple Knights All-Conference honors.

Softball

The softball team battled their way to a conference runner-up finish and a state playoff berth.

Baseball

West Bladen baseball took home the SAC-6 Co-Conference Championship and secured a playoff spot.

Steady improvement and tournament qualification highlighted the golf season.
